  I don't know how anyone can think that the owner (John) is personable. He's rude, short, and condescending... I've made the mistake of going in there a few times just because it's close-by. Every time, I regret it, and will not be going back in there again. Don't expect individual attention or patience in getting your questions answered... I went in there with my brand new engagement ring hoping to get it sized. John basically grabbed it and started working on it before I was satisfied with what size I wanted it down to. I asked him to just wait and he rolled his eyes. I told him that I had to think about it (this is an important ring!) and he just basically threw it back into my hand. I walked out in tears... just awful service and he couldn't be more of a jerk.
